We have an excellent opportunity for a Portable Crusher Foreman in and around the Willamette Valley (Multiple Portable Locations) in Oregon! Position closes: 03/12/2025 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide the necessary leadership and direction for daily activities of the crusher crew
- Operate and maintain Portable crusher or other processing equipment in safe, efficient manner
- Keep inventory, prepare production schedules and reports, and maintain operators log as necessary and comply with all MSHA regulations
- Participate in quality control program to meet specifications
- Other misc. duties as directed by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have detailed knowledge of crusher operation with screen and conveyor systems
- Requires high degree of skills in planning, organization, supervising, communication, and observation
- Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, operators' manuals, instructions, and maintain operators log as necessary
- Need welding/fab and mechanical skills
- Must be willing to travel throughout Oregon's KRC companies
- Must possess good supervisory skills, and be a good teacher/mentor
- Possess and maintain or have the ability to obtain a valid Oregon Driver License and have a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen
- Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members
