*Description*
Our financial client is looking for an IMAC/ DMAC Technician to join their team in Arizona. Candidates will be working on a differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, site surveys, Hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support but they may perform troubleshooting as it relates to re-imaging, blue screen, Hardware issues and post move support. They may be working evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open and flexible to overtime. Candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects. There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player! Candidates will be working out of both locations as needed: Chandler, AZ 85224 and Phoenix, AZ 85034 (this is where the DMAC team sits) There are multiple projects they will be supporting out of those locations. Candidates need to be comfortable commuting to both locations. Interview will be remote followed by an in person meeting *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
