What You Will Be Doing: Leading Sales Performance
- Reporting to the SVP of Mintel in the Americas, you will manage the Beauty, Personal Care, and Household portfolio. You will drive profitable growth by delivering on sales targets through high client retention, a disciplined annual price increase strategy, and building the pipeline of both upgrades and consulting solutions.
- Ensure strong sales fundamentals are executed. Accurate sales forecasting, consistent pipeline development and management, and portfolio development against the industry verticalization strategy.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the Beauty, Personal Care and Household sector, applying a strategic approach to expand Mintel's footprint and influence.
Building and Fostering a High-Performing Team Culture
- Champion a team environment that embraces collaboration, passion, and commitment to Mintel's core values. The core of the team is well beyond your direct reports. You drive a collaborative culture with New Business, Insights, Marketing, and Product Development.

- Execute plans that align with Mintel's strategic priorities, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, enhanced client experiences, talent development, innovation, and brand recognition.

- Driving Innovation and Client-Centric Solutions
- Innovate on current processes to make the team more efficient and impactful when in front of the clients.

- A minimum of five years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in sales leadership within the Beauty, Personal Care and Household sectors, and experience managing large portfolios.

- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate a team to reach their highest potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advocate Mintel's vision and values both internally and externally.
