Qualifications

• 10+ years experience on end-to-end performance testing & engineering.
• Performance Test Experience in :
• translating non-functional requirements into Performance tests using workload modeling
• performance testing tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter
• APM tools like AppDynamics to conduct root cause analysis for performance and scalability bottlenecks
• Ability to analyze Splunk logs, AppDynamics Snapshots, method hotspots and response-time hotspots to identify slow components and provide recommendations
• service virtualization using tools like CA Lisa
• migration projects (such as PCF to OpenShift and Onprem to Cloud)
• OCP deployments, Docker/Kubernetes containerized applications and microservices
• Good communication & collaborator management
• onsite/offshore coordination & communication

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with technical teams to analyze, design, and convert non- functional requirements to performance test scenarios
• Has an oversight on application quality, automation, and guides the team to achieve key quality results
• Performance testing, performance engineering, performance monitoring & analysis, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis, troubleshooting activities and driving proactive resolutions
• Help to grow NFT Quality Test Strategy standards within the system/application and compatibility with the architecture of the platform
• Individual Contributor with highly developed interpersonal skills
