Position Description:

The Energy Programs Coordinator I,II and III will provide program management support for Energy Programs (e.g. Customer Solar Interconnection Process and Energy Efficiency Programs) offered by Tucson Electric Power (TEP), UniSource Electric (UNSE) and UniSource Gas (UNSG).

Position-Related Responsibilities:

* Manage or assists with management of the day-to-day activities and regulatory reporting requirements of residential and small commercial Energy Programs as assigned.

* Oversee development or develop program detail and documents for customers, contractors, installers, etc., and support the administration and implementation of Energy Programs.

* Oversee development or develop data entry or mass data transfer for assigned programs from the source to the CCB tracking database. Coordinate efforts and oversee responsibilities related to internal and external audits, Accounting, Budgeting and other affected areas within the Company.

* Manage, prepare or assist with the cross-departmental administrative support as directed.

* Prepare or assist with preparation of monthly reports and semi-annual reports such as SOX reports and internal management reports related to Energy Programs.

* Prepare or assist with preparation of testimony in support of products and services required for regulatory purposes for TEP, UNSE and UNSG, as needed.

* Manage, prepare or assist with preparation of program forms, documents, applications, web-site content, etc. required in Energy Programs.

* Manage customer relations and contact via phone and e-mail, provide program detail and documents, and work with Technical Specialists and Program Managers to provide support as needed.

* Respond to customer, contractor, trade ally, and installer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on Energy Programs, general information and technical information. Communicate concerns and desires of the customers, contractors, trade allies, and installers to appropriate departments within the company to assure strong relationships.

* Manage, prepare or assist with preparation of educational events for trade allies and contractors for Energy Programs.

* Manage, prepare or assist with preparation of customer surveys, marketing and advertising and special events; assist with development and delivery of collateral material for Energy Programs.

* Represent the Company at trade shows, conventions and similar events. Assists in the development of special events to promote the company to the community.

* Attend meetings with installers, trade allies, equipment distributors, building associations and civic organizations to promote and educate the benefits of Energy Programs and develop close partnerships with these parties.

* Provide input for existing program modifications and assist with new program design.

* Complete rate evaluation with customers as related to any energy program and assures customers are placed on the appropriate rate.

* Develop or assist with the development, prioritization and management of the Energy Programs to ensure program goals and milestones are met.

* Maintain Energy Program contracts and create, monitor and maintain Purchase Orders as necessary.

* Manage department inventory and supplies.

* Report to Customer Solar Interconnection Manager on status of activities.

* This position may provide services to affiliates of the Company subject to the UNS Energy Code of Conduct and the related Policies and Procedures

At least two years of relevant experience in utility or solar industry.

Exhibit administrative competence and critical thinking skills with strong background in processing accurate and timely work product.

Must work effectively in a team and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsible for individual projects under the direct supervision of Manager or more senior technical specialist

Proficiency in PC computer skills & applications including spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software.

Strong verbal and written skills, public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Associate of Business or related field

Knowledge of Renewable Energy Programs with at least one year of relevant experience

Program Coordinator ll

At least two years' experience as a Program Coordinator l or equivalent or four years of relevant experience in the utility or solar industry.

Advanced proficiency in PC computer skills & applications including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.

Must work effectively in a team and possess the ability to work independently.

Must manage individual projects with minimal guidance or supervision.

Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Requires excellent public speaking and strong presentation skills

Gains understanding and knowledge of the Renewable Energy Performance Based Incentive (PBI) Program and provides support to the program and program participants in both residential and small commercial.

Associate of Business or related field

Intermediate knowledge of Distributed Generation Interconnection Rules

Program Coordinator III

At least two years' experience as a Program Coordinator lI or equivalent or six years of relevant experience in the utility or solar industry.

Advanced proficiency in PC computer skills & applications including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.

Must work effectively in a team and possess the ability to work independently.

Must manage multiple projects with minimal guidance or supervision.

Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Requires excellent public speaking and strong presentation skills

Prepares and delivers presentations related to Company Programs and technical issues related to Energy Efficiency and Renewable programs, to local and regional groups upon request

Working understanding and knowledge of the Renewable Energy Performance Based Incentive (PBI) Program and provides support to the program and program participants in both residential and small commercial.

Associate of Business or related field

Intermediate knowledge of Renewable Energy Standards and Tariff Requirements & Reporting
