We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join our client's growing team! As a leader in business process solutions, our partner company offers a dynamic, growth-focused environment where you can advance your career. This role will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving continuous process improvements. If you're experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about business excellence, then join forces with Pro Staff. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $36/hr. Essential Tasks: Assist with the month-end close process, including preparing and posting journal entries and analyzing balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across multiple systems. Support external audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation, while collaborating with teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes. Contribute to the development of desk procedures, enhance internal controls, and assist with multi-state sales tax compliance and reporting. Perform additional duties as needed to support financial operations. Qualifications:
