Gorman & Company is seeking a
Floating Leasing Specialist to support our residential communities
throughout Southeastern Wisconsin (some counties include Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, Madison). This unique role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You'll step in to assist communities during absences, vacancies, or when extra support is needed-all while gaining invaluable experience that could lead to a future
Property Manager role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leasing & Resident Relations - Connect with prospective and current residents, showcase our communities, and secure leases & renewals.
- Marketing & Outreach - Assist with advertising, promotions, market research, and community networking.
- Community Excellence - Ensure curb appeal, office organization, and overall property presentation align with our high standards.
- Fair Housing Compliance - Adhere to policies that promote equitable housing for all.
What We're Looking For
- A customer-focused, go-getter who enjoys helping people find their perfect home.
- Someone who is adaptable, organized, and ready to travel throughout Wisconsin to different communities as needed.
- A professional with leasing, sales, or property management experience (preferred, but not required-we'll train the right person!).
- A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance (this position requires travel between communities).
