In this role, the SeniorAnalyst will actively partner with business groups within the organization to optimize the functionality within Workday. This role is a blend of consulting with client groups to ensure configuration meets business needs, planning and managing projects to implement Workday functionality, staying abreast of feature releases to aid in maximizing functionality, and providing reporting and analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for partnering with internal partners to solve business problems utilizing technology. Preferred candidates are self-motivated and self-directed; they are inquisitive learners, who are willing to dig into projects and manage them with minimal direction.
