University of Minnesota Physicians has an outstanding opportunity for aSenior Workday Analyst for Human Capital Management. In this role, the SeniorAnalyst will actively partner with business groups within the organization to optimize the functionality within Workday. This role is a blend of consulting with client groups to ensure configuration meets business needs, planning and managing projects to implement Workday functionality, staying abreast of feature releases to aid in maximizing functionality, and providing reporting and analytics.

They can successfully balance work that involves innovative thinking with being highly detailed and organized.

What you will do as a Sr. Workday Analyst:

  • Supports their client groups from both a technology and an integrated service platform perspective.

  • Able to successfully navigate business groups through technical issues to best meet business needs.

  • Partners with internal and external partners to ensure the full potential of the Workday application is utilized; define, build, test and implement enhancements that align to business needs.

  • Organize and execute projects, under limited supervision, by facilitating design sessions, leading configuration, coordinating testing, and executing cutover.

  • Manages business process configuration and security within Workday for the HCM suite.

  • Develops reporting and analytical needs for the business, including dashboards and analytics in Workday.

  • Ensures data integrity/accuracy; maintains and authors supported-related documentation for the Workday team.

  • Assists in integration maintenance and troubleshooting.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of related HR and HR systems experience including: HR systems administration, implementation, analysis & reporting

  • Excellent people skills - able to build results-oriented relationships; strong partnering and influencing skills.

  • Ability to drive results to meet deadlines

  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple enhancement projects from design to implementation.

  • Strong critical thinking skills and data analysis skills

  • Proven process improvement skills

  • Broad knowledge of reporting and analytics

  • Ability to combine and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Hours: 40 hours per week, salaried role

Compensation:

84,344.00 - 122,284.00 USD Annual
