This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. The Intern, Program Manager will provide thought leadership and analysis for TBG incentive compensation business and plans. This includes collaborating with the Sales, HR and Sales Enablement teams to collect insights, review research to determine best practices and to perform analysis measuring effectiveness of compensation plans. The person will be responsible for reporting program results and metrics to leadership. A successful candidate can quickly understand sophisticated issues, clearly articulate the impacts to cross-functional team members, and develop an ongoing management cadence. Minimum Qualifications Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location. Never stop growing! |
