Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to solidify and lead a structured program within our Digital Product Development organization. This role will drive initiatives that support both packaged software solutions and organically built applications to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our staffing operations. The initial focus will be on implementing an enterprise-grade Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across our 300+ branch locations. You will work closely with Product Management, UX, and Engineering, as well as implementation teams, business stakeholders, and operational leaders, to ensure a seamless and successful rollout. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and hands-on execution to manage complex software deployment programs while aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Travel Requirements
The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $145,000 to $175,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
