Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to solidify and lead a structured program within our Digital Product Development organization. This role will drive initiatives that support both packaged software solutions and organically built applications to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our staffing operations.

The initial focus will be on implementing an enterprise-grade Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across our 300+ branch locations. You will work closely with Product Management, UX, and Engineering, as well as implementation teams, business stakeholders, and operational leaders, to ensure a seamless and successful rollout.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and hands-on execution to manage complex software deployment programs while aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Program Leadership: Solidify and drive a structured program to oversee the adoption and deployment of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
  • ATS Implementation: Lead the end-to-end rollout of an off-the-shelf Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing timelines, risks, and dependencies across 300+ locations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Implementation Teams, both inhouse and vendor-based, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, operations teams, and IT to define program requirements, communicate progress, and drive adoption.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Develop and execute a change management strategy, ensuring that employees are effectively onboarded and trained on new digital tools.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline deployment processes, improve system adoption, and refine workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish OKRs and success metrics, providing clear visibility into project milestones, risks, and business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive post-implementation assessments, feedback loops, and process enhancements to improve future deployments.


Preferred Education & Experience



  • 10+ years of project or program management experience in technology, digital product development, or enterprise software implementation.
  • Experience implementing ATS, CRM, or HR software in a multi-location business environment, preferably within staffing or workforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and enterprise IT implementations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, working with Product, UX, Engineering, and IT teams.
  • Proven ability to execute change management strategies for large-scale technology adoption.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships related to enterprise software deployments.
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications are a plus.

  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with enterprise software deployment, integration challenges, and system adoption strategies.
  • Communication & Change Management: Ability to engage stakeholders, lead training efforts, and drive user adoption across diverse teams.



Travel Requirements



  • As needed for team meetings, product launches, stakeholder engagement or industry events. Approximately 10%.



The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $145,000 to $175,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
