Join our global team as: SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Position Description

* Design, develop, maintain, and test automation test software for a Perceptron software product.

* Primarily responsible for design and create Install Shields for Perceptron software product.

* Primarily responsible for maintaining Virtual Machines and making them available for the Dev Team.

* Contribute to a team of software developers that produce and maintain high quality, on-time software products that satisfy multiple customers.

* Produce aggressive yet attainable development plans for assigned components and tasks.

* Perform systems analysis and programming required for assigned components and tasks.

* Provide Level 2 Support for all Field Support Issues- which include creating SW Patches, Maintenance Releases, and Language Packs.

* Create and update documents for Perceptron production functionality changes and for new functionality.

Candidate Requirements

* BS/BA in Computer Engineering / Science plus 4-5 years applicable experience.
