Pontoon is hiring an Engagement Coordinator with a focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is accountable for the contractor onboarding process and providesfront - linecustomerservicetointernalteammembers,clients,vendorsandusersforthevarioussupportedVendorManagement Softwaresolutions. What you'll be doing
  • Replyingtotickets andinquiriesincluding/butnotlimitedto: generalrequestinquiries,assignmentupdates/changes,invoicingquestions/concerns,timesheetquestions/concerns, visaletterrequests,reportingrequests,conversionfeeinquiries, etc.
  • Handlingfurloughtracking andexceptionapprovalprocess; sendingremindersformissingtimesheets,assignmentsendingin 90days, etc.
  • Creatingvisalettersfortime &materialscontractors.
  • Handlingpre-ID/payrollrequestmanagement.
  • Replying toallinboundtelephonecalls, ticketrequests, and e-mailcorrespondencein atimelymanner/accordingtoSLA's.
  • Creatingandmaintainingelectronicrecordsandfields(e.g.customernumbers,costcenternumbers) insupportoftherequisitionentryset up.
  • Communicatingongoingissuesthroughtheappropriateescalationprocess andprovidingtimelyfeedbackand repliestotheendusers.
  • UpdatingtherequisitionrecordasdirectedbytheProgramManagers and/orAdvisoryConsultantstoincludechanges,cancellation, and statuschanges.
  • Tasksmayincluderequisitionreview,entryandmaintenanceusingVMStechnology,CMsystemandother systemsasneeded.
About you

  • Completion of education equivalent to a US High School Diploma
  • At least two (2) years' work experience in a service level industry or one (1) to three (3) years' experience in a customer service environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and desire to improve efficiencies
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $15.00- $21.63. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon's incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
