Feeding 1200 associates a day in a corporate dining setting from Monday to Friday, you'll lead an ambitious team to deliver world-class service. Your proven leadership will determine our seamless daily operations, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding food quality. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all P&L and budgeting aspects of the account Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring strict adherence to company standards Handle HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations Supervise scheduling, payroll, and team training Cultivate excellent relationships with clients, customers, and other departments Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and implement top-quality food programs Launch new culinary initiatives in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams Preferred Qualifications: BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary preferred Five years of foodservice operation experience Experience in fast-paced production environments and catering Proven experience in budget management A desire to grow within a top-tier foodservice company Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!
