Zayo is seeking a Head of Front Office Systems will lead the design, development, and optimization of customer-facing platforms such as Salesforce CRM and enterprise portals. The Head of Front Office Systems focuses on enhancing customer engagement and driving business value through cutting-edge technology solutions. Reporting to the VP, this leader will ensure seamless integration and scalability of front-office platforms.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Leadership:

  • Oversee implementation and optimization of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

  • Ensure platform configurations align with business processes and user needs.

Enterprise Portals:

  • Manage the development and deployment of customer and partner portals for improved engagement and accessibility.

  • Integrate portals with back-end systems and middleware solutions for seamless data flow.

Scalability and Modernization

  • Drive initiatives to modernize front-office systems for enhanced performance and scalability.

  • Incorporate AI-driven tools for customer personalization and analytics.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align technology with business priorities.

  • Collaborate with middleware and back-office teams for end-to-end system integration.

Governance and Security:

  • Ensure platforms comply with industry standards and data security regulations.

Team Development:

  • Build and mentor a team of developers and administrators to drive platform innovation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing front-office systems, with minimum of five (5) years leading Salesforce implementations.

  • Expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and integrations.

  • Experience with enterprise portals and customer engagement platforms.

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Estimated base salary range: $190,000 - $220,000 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
