This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.

Location: Portland, OR Duration: ~10 weeks Start Date Options: May 19th- July 25th or June 23rd - August 29th Application Deadline: March 8th, 2025 Pay: $22.50/hr ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Supply Chain Planning Intern to help drive the transformation of our Global Integrated Planning capabilities. This role will provide hands-on experience working at the intersection of strategy and supply chain operations. You will play a critical role in optimizing Global customer & consumer fulfillment and enterprise performance by revolutionizing the global buy, creation, and use of inventory. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Assist in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative ways-of-working that transform the way we integrate Demand, Capacity, Material, and Supply plans.
- Analyze existing supply chain planning workflows to identify opportunities for introducing processes, tools, or technologies in support of advancing Integrated Planning capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather cross-functional insights on current state opportunities and future state design.
- Conduct research on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in Integrated Planning.
- Contribute to the design and execution of pilot programs and future state business requirements, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings to senior leaders.
- Develop clear and engaging documentation, presentations, and updates to share progress and insights with stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.

YOU HAVE
- A minimum cumulative GPA of a 2.7 from an accredited college or university
- A background in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree or being in a relevant graduate program could be a plus.
- Relevant coursework in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning, Operations Strategy, Business Analytics, and Project Management.
- Ability to analyze supply chain workflows and identify opportunities for optimization. Experience with data collection, analysis, and presenting findings.
- Proficiency in conducting research on emerging trends and best practices in supply chain planning.
- Understanding of Demand, Supply, Capacity planning processes, predictive analytics, and technologies (e.g., Blue Yonder, o9).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Current student with one of the following academic standings: Rising Senior, Senior, Graduate/ MBA student
- Degree relevant to the internship you are applying for
- Must be able to participate in 10-week program for either date option provided above
- Must be able to work onsite at our headquarter location for the duration of the internship- interns will partner directly with their managers regarding expectations to work collaboratively in office specified days of the week
