Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk 3 Location with zip code: Everett, WA Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr. on W2 Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night: 7am - 3:30pm PST Duration: 10 Months + Job Description: Collins Aerospace is looking for a high energy, dynamic team member for a Receiving role to support sustaining business for three value streams (Cabin Integration, Lavatory, and Water Systems) at Collins Everett, WA facility. The successful candidate will provide critical support following inventory procedures for receiving. In this position you will be reporting to the Logistics Supervisor. Performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, WIP, and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures. Role & Responsibilities: Receive shipment requirements for delivery and follow procedures to include routing guidelines. Adhere to functional group KPI and provide feedback for opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain records and keep documents of all receipts based on requirements. Unload inbound deliveries validating material against shipping documentation. Use of material handling equipment to include screw guns, etc. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. General housekeeping. Perform related duties as required within the scope of this job function. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or educational equivalent Lift up to 50 lbs. unaided US citizenship Obtain forklift certification Computer skills to include data entry of received materials, entering shipping information, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SAP and Excel (look ups, pivot tables). Manufacturing industry experience Previous receiving experience
