Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities of a Field Superintendent
  • Blueprints 101, Challenges of concrete construction and waterproofing
  • Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities Quality Control and Quality Assurance
  • Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Manager
  • Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities Estimating, Budgeting and Accounting
  • Assist with generating Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiations

Job Requirements:

  • Computer skill set to include MS Office Suite, Adobe
  • Assist with obtaining Building Permits
