As the Senior Associate, Field HR, you will report into the Manager, HRBP and be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services and support to Pro USA. This role will be the primary point of contact for the Stanley plant leadership and team and will provide remote support to Charlotte office and field sales employees as needed. You will work with COEs, and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources to ensure successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the functions you will support. This includes but is not limited to employee relations, talent management, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning to meet the needs of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support leaders and employees at all levels in a wide range of HR activities including the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business need and
  • Provide counsel to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and assure consistent interpretation and application of policies, regulations and laws
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to find the best candidates for open positions
  • Assist in the implementation and/or coordination of applicable training, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and culture enhancing programs, including employee opinion surveys and workplace certifications
  • Promote I&D initiatives and ensure internal equity practices
  • Collaborate with the COEs, HRBPs and Delivery Team on day-to-day on-site operational needs
  • Provide HR systems and transactional support in Workday and ServiceNow
  • Employee relations management, including Employment Advice, Performance Improvement Plans, Termination plans and notifications, investigations and disciplinary actions, maintenance of positive employee relations
  • Change Management
    • Developing Change Management Strategies: Create and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and ensure smooth transitions.
    • Coaching and Mentoring: Support staff through the change process, providing guidance and training as needed.
    • Impact Analysis and Risk Management: conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify potential risks and resistance
  • Support talent calibration meetings and report results in line with the standard process and delivery expectations (i.e. succession & development, performance management, merit)
  • Oversee the performance management process and advise management regarding corrective action to improve performance and solutions to motivate exceptional performers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources related experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • General knowledge of HR principles and practices of HR functions and applicable laws / regulations
  • Experience to efficiently manage multiple projects/priorities, with strong time management skills, flexibility with willingness to make decisions and ability to quickly adapt from one situation to the next
  • Experience working with and building trust and respect with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others through influence and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • Familiarity with an HRIS system or similar large database is essential, with Workday experience preferred
  • Strong facilitation skills for driving initiatives and resolving issues with assigned client groups
  • Training facilitation and delivery
  • Ability to exercise extreme confidentiality
  • Organization, time management and responsiveness

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full time role; core business hours
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Office and Manufacturing environment
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
  • This position is not eligible for relocation
