THE JOB:
As a Game Supervisor, you'll oversee live game operations, ensuring a professional and engaging experience within a cutting-edge live streaming studio. You'll hire, train, and coach Game Presenters, manage scheduling, resolve guest concerns, and uphold department and regulatory standards. This role will be based at our MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise live game operations and uphold top-tier guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and coach Game Presenters to deliver fun and professional gameplay.
• Oversee scheduling, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure smooth game operations.
• Identify and report technical issues to maintain a seamless gaming environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or guest services.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• A high-energy, professional attitude with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
