Job Description

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Creates quotes on fire protection fabrication materials for customers and follows up with sales branch to make adjustments and send to customer.
  • Communicates with customers to ensure accuracy with their fabrication lists and makes suggestions as needed for easier installation.
  • Handles fabrication schedules and updates for customers as needed on their current and previous orders.
  • Keeps track of all quotes by fabrication branch and provides each branch with a monthly report.
  • Maintains monthly reports to update branches on their customer data.
  • Responds to customer questions and problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with listing software systems preferred
  • Customer service and team building experience preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED, strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
  • Experience in the Fire Protection Industry or Fabrication knowledge preferred but not a requirement

Pay: $20.20 - $28.85 per hour
