We are seeking Bridge Engineers to join our dynamic Bridge Sector in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York City. At TYLin, you'll work on exciting infrastructure projects from concept to completion, contributing to the development of bridges that connect communities and improve transportation networks. Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You'll Do:

  • Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Develop bridge layouts, 3D models, construction plans, and specifications.

  • Utilize industry-leading software (Finite Element, Bridge Design, MicroStation, and more).
    Coordinate with highway, traffic, and civil engineers to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.

  • Support proposal efforts and help expand TYLin's presence in the Northeast.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (focus on bridges/structures).

  • Minimum range of 4-10 years of bridge design & analysis experience.

  • Professional Engineering License (PE) in NJ, NY, PA (or ability to obtain within a year preferred).

  • Familiarity with AASHTO, NJDOT, NJTA, PennDOT design standards.

  • Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for collaboration, integrity, and delivering client-focused solutions.

Additional Information

T.Y. Lin International is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $ $72,400 - $130,300 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education, and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer. T.Y.
