As a founding member of our Continuous Improvement team, you will be instrumental in building and deploying innovative learning programs that educate and delight audiences and help to scale Continuous Improvement mindset across Microsoft. As a Director, Learning and Development, you will help lead the strategy, design, and implementation of our Continuous Improvement learning and development program. You will align these initiatives with our strategic goals, ensuring they drive business success and foster a culture of continuous learning. ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning and Development:Develop, guide, and manage learning programs by identifying organizational needs, securing resources, and prioritizing work. Align learning capabilities with organizational strategy for maximum impact. Program Execution:Lead the implementation of core learning programs and systems. Collect and incorporate feedback to improve content and ensure successful execution. Content Review and Confirmation:Act as a thought leader in reviewing learning solutions and best practices. Ensure content meets established privacy and accessibility standards. Program Success Analysis and Metrics:Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, define capability gaps, and drive learning priorities. Disseminate key performance indicators and make recommendations for achieving target metrics. Stakeholder/Customer Collaboration:Develop relationships with key stakeholders to represent learning needs. Advocate for stakeholders by integrating their feedback into program development.
