Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Finishing Technician - 1 ^st Shift (Days) Details Starting Pay: $22.00+ per hour depending on experience Location: The Outdoor GreatRoom Company, 9583 217^th St. W, # 100, Lakeville, MN 55044 Shift Details: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Core Hours) Monday - Thursday OT as needed Full Time / Direct Hire Finishing Technician Duties Building and constructing fire tables Utilize troweling techniques to apply finish coats to fire tables (Stucco, Concrete, etc) Use of hand and power tools Support touch-up and pack out of product Additional responsibilities as need Your onboarding will be quicker if you have experience with: Drywall or stucco finishing Trowels and small power tools Production and manufacturing environment Benefits of Working for HHT Benefits starting Day 1 Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off 8 Paid Holidays 401k with company match Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis Profit Sharing- Quarterly (Eligible after 1 year of service) Paid Parental Leave(Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement(Eligible after 6 months of service) We look forward to welcoming you to the OGC manufacturing Team!
