See what it's like to work at GROWMARK:https://youtu.be/CSVMnKCySsY PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for providing oversight, implementation, and support of both FS & GROWMARK enterprise marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms that drive sales and build customer engagement and loyalty. Assures that the GROWMARK System's marketing thrust is creative, focused, branded, effective, and coordinated across all divisions. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Analyzes, builds, and executes marketing campaigns on mixed media platforms, including paid digital media, email, SMS/MMS, and print publications in collaboration with marketing strategists and enterprise marketing leadership team. Ensures all content aligns with overall enterprise marketing strategy, goals, voice, and brand. Provides expertise and recommendations on ways to leverage paid digital media and email marketing to ensure inclusion where appropriate in marketing plans. Serves as the resident expert and primary point of contact for marketing email, SMS/MMS, and paid digital media, including management of vendor relationships and optimization of tools. Responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search and display, across both B2B and B2C lines of business. Monitors email campaign deliverability rates, opt-in/opt-out rates, and ensures compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, DNS, and other relevant regulations. Supports leadership team in organizing and overseeing paid digital and print publication media schedules, including placement deadlines. Establishes performance goals and KPIs for marketing email, SMS/MMS, and paid digital media campaigns, meets SLAs (service level agreements), and reports on related KPIs to establish benchmarks and drive future digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Ensures the quality and relevance of written and graphical content, optimizing it for the target audience and media platform. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible to stay actively engaged and build overall personal awareness on current and emerging trends, best practices and other relevant information related to paid media, email, SMS/MMS, and marketing in print publications. Confidently and concisely build recommendations and presents to all levels of leadership. Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information internally and externally. Responsible for encouraging, supporting, and promoting innovative practices, ideas, and technologies within the team. Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or the equivalent thereof, and 5 years or more of marketing related work experience to demonstrate marketing knowledge. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary. May be required to lift and move 21-50 lbs. May be required to work beyond what are considered normal business hours. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
