Independently carries out a broad range of technically advanced research activities and procedures; conceives of and designs experiments, evaluates conclusions, and has complete latitude to modify or devise methods and techniques as necessary to achieve desired results; may supervise technical and administrative elements of research unit.

Essential Functions
-Manage daily laboratory operations and support relevant research projects.

-Serve as an in-house expert for business-related systems and processes.

-Train and orient new staff.

-Initiate and drive proof of concept clinical study.

-Capable of carrying out independent research programs with minimal supervision.

-Interact and collaborate with sponsors to facilitate transfer of knowledge and deliverables of drug products.

Doctorate Related Field of Study required
