THE JOB:
Are you passionate about enhancing guest experiences and driving program improvements? The Loyalty Card Manager, manages and coordinates the development, execution, and ongoing success of programs aimed at improving the MGM Loyalty Program experience. The position involves identifying needs and issues, creating solutions, and working with property teams to implement improvements.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with management to achieve department, property, and company goals by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Review data to improve strategies that enhance the guest experience through new programs, services, products, and technology, keeping the business competitive.

• Create programs to boost employee engagement and guest service, ensuring they align with company goals.

• Foster a work environment focused on client service, teamwork, feedback, recognition, and employee satisfaction. Ensure strong hiring, training, and succession planning that reflect the company's diversity values.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Experience managing a team

• Passionate about providing exceptional guest service
