We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Strategic Program Manager to join our Customer Success Strategy Operations team. This role combines strategic planning with program management and executive communications. You'll work with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams to develop communication strategies, evolve CS-wide engagement practices, craft compelling executive-level presentations, and get hands-on with strategic initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in helping the leadership team communicate their vision, drive alignment, and ensure seamless program execution across the organization. Reporting to the Sr Mgr, PMO - Customer Success Strategy Operations, you will:



  • Develop and deliver strategic, high-impact executive presentations, narratives, and visual storytelling materials for Zscaler executive leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, Board meetings, and customer/partner engagements
  • Collaborate with leadership to synthesize complex information into clear and concise messaging tailored to varied audiences, including executives, employees, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies for the Chief Customer Officer: partner closely with internal teams to align communications with strategic priorities and objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping shape key messaging and communicating the strategic vision effectively both internally and externally
  • Thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, craft impactful communications, build team culture, and bring a passion for driving operational excellence


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a strategic/communications role in a fast-paced, high-growth company or consulting environment
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality executive presentations and crafting effective messaging for C-suite leaders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience interacting with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with business operations processes such as strategic planning, OKRs, and performance management frameworks; Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Experience working in tech or cloud security industries
  • Acumen in storytelling and data visualization to create compelling business narratives

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500 $175,000 USD
