USAGE INSIGHTS ANALYST

Role : Usage Insights Analyst

Location : Dallas, TX ( Hybrid , in office REQUIRED)

The Usage Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing telemetry data to understand how customers are using Blue Yonder's suite of SaaS and PaaS solutions. This role supports the Product Manager, Telemetry by providing detailed insights into user behavior, software interaction patterns, and potential areas for product enhancement. The Usage Insights Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing product design and functionality through data-driven insights, working closely with the Design, Engineering, and Product Management teams. This position reports to the Product Manager, Telemetry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:Conduct deep dives into user interaction data to uncover usage patterns, identify trends, and detect anomalies.
• Insight Reporting:Develop regular reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into how different customer segments are interacting with the products.
• Feedback Loop:Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• User Segmentation:Segment users based on usage behavior to tailor product development efforts and personalize user experiences.
• A/B Testing:Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses about product usage and determine the most effective product modifications.
• Tool Mastery:Utilize advanced telemetry and analytics tools, such as Pendo, to gather and analyze data efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within a software or tech company.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in using telemetry tools like Pendo, Google Analytics, or similar platforms to analyze user engagement and behavior.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile development environments and the software development lifecycle.

The salary range for this position is: USD $70,189.98 - $85,810.01

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
