Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning & Talent Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Learning & Talent Development department by assisting with communications, vendor management/chargebacks, end user support, and various projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering associate growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications related to learning and development initiatives and projects.
  • Administer department chargeback process.
  • Coordinate and support various projects within the Learning & Talent Development department, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the Learning & Talent Development department.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution of Learning and Talent Development initiatives.
  • Provide end user support for Learning & Talent Development initiatives, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a learning and development or human resources role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, macros, and vlookups) and PowerPoint expertise (develop clean, aesthetic presentations with the right information and graphics).
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS (SuccessFactors) and LMS system (Totara).
  • Experience working with SharePoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
