Job Title: Order Management Deliver Operator

Location(s): Cary, NC

(Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday and Friday work from home).

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team and customers to manage orders and allocate products via email requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel knowledge, preferred SAP experience, and a strong customer-focused approach. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, work well under pressure, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer orders and product allocations via email requests.
  • Collaborate professionally with different teams within and outside the organization to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update order records in our system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with SAP for order processing (preferred but not required).
  • Recognize when to escalate customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive team environment while providing the best customer experience.


Qualifications:


  • 0 to 3 years of related customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience with order processing is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows applications. Excellent Excel skill required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, be flexible, reliable, and supportive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
