Qualifications:



  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • Hands-on experience with inspection tools (calipers, comparators, micrometers, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel formulas for data tracking and reporting
  • Experience with data reporting, NCRs, and general quality control processes
  • Bonus: Experience with OGP Smartscope vision systems, medical device manufacturing, or clean room environments



Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:



  • Perform quality control inspections on products and components.
  • Utilize calipers, comparators, micrometers, and blueprints for accurate inspections.
  • Work closely with R&D and production teams as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure full traceability of all products and components.
  • Prepare data reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance processes.



2nd Shift | 1 PM - 9 PM | $25 per hour
