Starting Pay: $44,000 Annual Job Description: As the Executive Assistant, you will advance and support the Mission of The Salvation Army in everything that you do, while assisting the Executive Development Director with the responsibilities and functions of the office of Development. This includes handling highly private and sensitive matters relating to personnel, donor relations, fundraising, department and office procedures. What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: Minimum associate degree or four years work related experience as Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant or combination of training and experience will be considered. Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed. Experience: Four years work related experience preferred. Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 90 days of employment.
