JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of training in Field Operations. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of product, process and training including the management of all field training resources. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Oversees the implementation and delivery of training delivery in Field Operations Manages all field training resources Assumes a leadership role in identifying training needs and determining appropriate strategies for meeting those needs Serves as key consultant for management in assessing ways in which training can help reach Regional and KMA objectives Monitors the progress of training initiatives and follow-up as appropriate; measure training success through performance metrics Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of training in achieving desired outcomes Keeps abreast of current learning and performance strategies, delivery methods, and techniques Determines implementation plans, schedules, resource needs, and supporting logistics for delivery of training initiatives Works with KMA training to develop and maintain a 90 day training delivery calendar consistent with the priorities of management Sources and acquires resources for the development of in-house training delivery as needed to meet business needs Performs other duties as required Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with all levels of executive, management and company personnel Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects to meet target dates for implementation Ability to operate personal computer, spreadsheet application, database, windows Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties Ability to work independently Ability to lead and manage others Skills in evaluating the impact of training initiatives Skills in teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation Required Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field required Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Training experience - 5 Project Management experience - 3 Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of cable television products and services a plus Skills in instructional design methodologies Knowledge of a variety of training delivery systems Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years Management or leadership experience - 2+ HTR520 2025-48964 2025 Here, employees don't just have jobs, they build careers. The base pay for this position generally is between $86,000.00 and $152,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
