JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of training in Field Operations. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of product, process and training including the management of all field training resources. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The base pay for this position generally is between $86,000.00 and $152,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
