Overview of the Position: The Supplier Relationship Director will be accountable for leading strategic alignment and development with vendors. Critical elements will include product development, vendor relationships, customer support, strategic expediting, and continuous improvement initiatives across our business. This is a highly visible role that will provide the successful candidate with extensive career development opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or another related field. 5+ years of progressive, broad-based supply chain experience. 2+ years of leadership / team management experience in supply chain. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
