The Client Success Manager is dedicated to the maintenance and support of the Massachusetts Electronic Comprehensive Assessment System (eCAS) powered by WellSky Human Services.The role will serve as the primary point of contact for prioritization and escalation of issues, concerns, and cases being addressed by WellSky professional services, solutions, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for being the primary escalation point for problem resolution management processes, escalation processes, and access to required solutions, services, and/or support personnel as needed.
  • Coordinate internal WellSky functional areas to produce and make available to users a set of Frequently Asked Questions and update content over time based on common questions.
  • Be the primary point of contact to manage the change orders process set forth in the contract.
  • Be the primary point of contact to manage application updates, application releases, changes to hosting environment, changes to operating hardware and software.
  • Leverage operational data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Define and deliver improvements for core business Key Performance Indicators, measuring engagement behaviors, client outcomes, value improvement, and business growth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in support of the Massachusetts Electronic Comprehensive Assessment System (eCAS).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
