The Validation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. The scope of this job includes validating and verifying implementations align with client requirements and industry standards before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete testing and validation tasks within established timelines to support client go-live schedules.
  • Analyze table configurations, standard operating procedures, and software solution questionnaires to determine validation strategy and modify scripts for execution.
  • Identify and document issues or errors encountered during testing that deviate from the client-provided collateral, and relay findings to senior team members or management for review and resolution.
  • Work closely with the project team to provide updates on testing progress, discuss concerns, and address issues promptly with the assigned owner.
  • Maintain proficient understanding of at least one solution platform and demonstrate ability to learn additional platforms across the business unit.
  • Prepare written communications to the client on validation status updates, review with senior team members or management, and deliver to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
  • Experience working with WellSky Blood Bank, Biotherapies, or Transfusion solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software validation experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
