Additionally, you will assist our partners and staff in various administrative capacities. Timely arrival and effective communication skills are necessary along with a dedication to providing unmatched client service. How you will contribute: Answering calls and greeting clients and guests at the front desk Coordinating outgoing and incoming mail, including mail and fax distribution Maintaining FedEx/UPS and other supplier accounts Maintaining common spaces (e.g., meeting rooms, lobby, break room, etc.) Coordinating conference room schedules and preparing for meetings Assisting in other administrative functions (filing, typing, proofreading, tax processing support, etc.) Other duties as assigned We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working under target dates Ability to manage projects and is a self-starter Minimum Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent, Additional college education preferred Previous work experience in a professional office environment At least 2 years of experience answering a multi-line phone system Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs #LI-BG #LI-LW1
