DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will assess the suitable techniques required to establish property values. It is essential to recognize any concealed problems or absent elements not depicted in the plan and communicate these to the supervisor for minor adjustments. This should be done via the Right-of-Way office program if a claimant is involved, or through a more formal response for issues that could impact deadlines. The supervisor will review the completed work to ensure compliance with state and federal appraisal standards. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Oil City.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Special Requirements:
- This position requires the possession of an active Pennsylvania Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser certification.
- This position requires possession of a valid driver's license which is not under suspension.
- This position must obtain an active Pennsylvania Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification within 2 years of employment.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
