Description The Lead Graphics Installer position is primarily responsible to ensure graphic installs are completed accurately and within the required completion deadlines. This position is responsible for collaborating with the production department, the graphics department, and the manufacturing department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all projects. The Lead Installer is responsible for quality control and ensuring zero defects on the final product. We offer a full benefits package for benefits eligible employees including:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create processes and procedures for the installation department
- Create and maintain the installation schedule so that job completion deadlines are met
- Assist design department with proper layout guidelines
- Provide instruction/training to graphic installers
- Prepare vehicles for installation of vinyl decals, lettering and wraps
- Install vinyl decals on various vehicles and other surfaces
- Installations may be in our facility or a customer's facility
- Assist team with decal production as needed
- Coordinate with production to ensure required materials are ordered and in-stock for each job
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders including department manager, sales representatives and outside customers
- In cooperation with the Graphics Installers, determine job schedules and install timelines
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Comfortable with heights (climbing ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
- Ability to accurately read ruler measurements
- Ability to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area, ensuring all materials, tools and equipment are in their proper place and the work area is clean and free of debris and clutter
- Ensure all tools and equipment are returned at end of day to the proper location; ensure all assigned work areas are ready for start of next shift
- Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe manner
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- 3-5 years' experience with graphics installation
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Experience installing vinyl decals or vehicle wraps required
- Certified in vinyl installation preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

- Certified in vinyl installation
- 3M certification
- Operate all production equipment including large format printers and finishing machines
