Intelligent Manufacturing Delivery Lead

Job Description:

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth and delivery of Intelligent Manufacturing solutions. This role will focus on managing delivery efforts and supporting pre-sales within the Manufacturing Consulting practice. The Intelligent Manufacturing Delivery Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with the organization's overall mission and goals, ensuring high-quality delivery of services, and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Delivery:

  • Lead functional/process/technology workstreams related to Intelligent Manufacturing.
  • Facilitate client interviews and working sessions to understand processes, functions, technology, and business issues.
  • Develop and deploy client-specific solutions to ensure positive business impact and sustainable results.
  • Work with multiple clients and projects simultaneously throughout the project lifecycle (ideation, presales, execution, testing, implementation, and support)
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on project performance and progress.
  • Contribute to the development of practice-specific capabilities and offerings.

Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including scoping, estimating, negotiating, and preparing proposals (RFP & SOW).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored high impact, value driven solutions.
  • Work with other NTT DATA teams in a collaborative environment to achieve meaningful engagements with manufacturing clients
  • Support in identifying go to market activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing delivery roles, with a focus on intelligent manufacturing solutions.
  • 5-10 years working in full stack of manufacturing systems (MES, IioTm MRP/ERP, PLM, Quality, EAM, and Data/Analytics
  • Proven track record in pre- sales strategy development and execution (pricing, staffing models)
  • Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $130,000.00-270,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
