Position Summary Pepper is seeking a proactive, self-starter for a full-time senior marketing coordinator position in Indianapolis. This role offers a variety of responsibilities across different facets of marketing, with a primary focus on leading the creation of proposals, presentations and marketing materials in a deadline-driven environment. A key part of the position is utilizing layout and graphic design skills to produce visually compelling materials while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will also possess a strategic thought process, clear communication, strong writing abilities, attention to detail, excellent customer service and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of employees. What you will be doing:
- Leading the creation of proposals, qualifications and marketing materials with strategy, writing, design and production.
- Gathering stories and info for our website, brochures, case studies and project overviews.
- Developing and updating market materials like brochures, resumes and project cards.
- Creating award submissions, social media content and event messaging.
- Various PR/communications projects as needed (awards, survey responses, project overviews, employee announcements, e-blasts and more).
- Coordinating project and staff photoshoots to ensure our visuals shine
- Assist in managing and updating our marketing database
- Supporting tradeshows with creative collateral and booth setup
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience within the A/E/C industry (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe InDesign. If you know Photoshop or Illustrator, we'll be extra excited.
- Strong writing, design and organizational skills. You're a pro at both layout and storytelling (AP style, anyone?).
- Bonus points for experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), video editing and photography (we love a good camera moment).
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for making work fun.
- Occasional local jobsite visits (because sometimes, you just have to see the magic in action!).
