Location: Temple, GA Position: Assembler Shift: 1st Wage: $18.17 / HR Job Summary: Sonoco has openings for new assembly positions at our manufacturing facility in Temple, GA. These are entry level opportunities with competitive wages and benefits including health insurance, paid vacation time, retirement savings plan, and more! Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Use of automated equipment and hand tools to make basic assemblies * Operating presses and other specialized equipment * Manipulating components by hand or with hoists * Working from blueprints and verbal instructions Qualifications: * Ability to read and understand prints and written work orders * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred * Basic math skills * Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork At Sonoco Products Company, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including competitive pay and benefits.
