Johnson Controls is currently hiring for Entry-Level Unit Assemblers for our 2nd shift! This is a great role to get your foot in the door for long term opportunities with a great company! Please apply now for consideration!

Job Duties:

  • Mount, align, position, and assemble a variety of parts/components, such as frames, compressors, fans assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives, etc., to completely assemble comfort units

  • Work from blue prints and verbal instructions from Supervisor

  • Perform a variety of packaging operations necessary to pack comfort units/parts for shipment. Enclose with required tags, instructions, warranties, etc., and seal with packaging tools.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred

  • Use of decimals, fractions and scales.

  • Ability to use pneumatic tools safely and correctly.

2nd Shifts Schedules: Overtime as needed and available

  • Mon-Thu 3:30 PM - 2 AM
