Location: Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Delivery Management Salesforce Loyalty Management and Salesforce. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce projects.

* Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Delivery Management solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.

* Provide insights and recommendations for improving Salesforce Loyalty Management processes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

* Ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.

* Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Salesforce projects to ensure they are on track.

* Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

* Monitor and report on the progress of Salesforce projects to senior management.

* Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce project delivery.

* Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.

* Ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable and maintainable.

* Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce delivery processes.

Qualifications:

* Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on Salesforce.

* Must have expertise in Salesforce Delivery Management and Salesforce Loyalty Management.

* Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.

* Nice to have knowledge of other CRM systems.

* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
