THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager Front Services and Valet to manage all operations for assigned department.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Establish and maintain departmental rules and procedures for all Bell and door and Valet Parking staff Manage all personnel functions including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, termination, payroll and recruitment Oversee departmental operations, maintain high level of service expected by Hotel Management, implement and maintain training of new personnel and developmental training of all staff Ensure high productivity of all employees developing effective scheduling and staffing levels Maintain supply inventory levels Computer knowledge and skills, including the Hotel system
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Two (2)+ years of prior relevant experience in Front Services in a hotel or casino setting
