Working as the Regional HR Manager with Chartwells Higher Education, you will provide field and corporate support to our FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS and CULINARY TEAMS across multiple states. The Regional HR Manager will seek to develop integrated solutions, formulate partnerships, and work to achieve strategic, tactical, and administrative HR objectives, aligned with Chartwells key business objectives. The Regional Human Resources Manager will be self-directed, flexible, resilient, highly motivated, & possesses high-personal ethical standards. You will be an advocate for fair and consistent administration of company policies, procedures, and programs, and build credible relations with leadership. You will be the content expert regarding policies, procedures and programs to your region. Key Responsibilities:
