What you will be doing:

  • The Pricing Analyst II will report to the Co-Head of Commercial Management in the Trading & Asset Services Business Unit.
  • Preparing pricing and structuring deals to support a global Sales team from RFP through contract signature for new logos and renewals
  • Ability to understand deal structure types, populate pro forma models and provide recommendations regarding pricing and deal structures.
  • You will interact with various teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Functional and Revenue Assurance teams located around the globe.
  • Understand the guiding principles and apply those to various deals and client types.
  • Part of a team of +20 professionals located around the globe focused on supporting clients including tier 1-4 banks, broker dealers, asset managers, hedge funds and wealth managers.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in pricing analysis or a similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills with ability to understanding drivers and impacts.
  • Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization.
  • Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to exercise sound business judgment in decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong sense of integrity and ethics.
