Recruiting Coordinator

We are searching for a Recruiting Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment. (W-2) The person must be highly organized and be proactive to manage the candidate experience from offer acceptance to their first day. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process for new hires. You will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during this transitional phase, helping to coordinate communication, facilitate necessary documentation, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating pre-employment checks, scheduling orientations, and ensuring all logistical details are arranged prior to the candidate's first day.
• Will work closely with both recruiters and stakeholders to ensure all candidate needs are met and that new employees are set up for success.

Requirement

• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in recruitment or HR support is preferred but not required.
• Position is based in office.
