We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Response Team (CIRT) Supervisorto join our Mental Health Co-Responder Program inPhiladelphia, PA.

Earn up to $67,000 annually.

This is a full-time position: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (including holidays; schedule subject to change).

Our Mental Health Co-Responder Program partners with law enforcement to provide immediate, on-scene mental health support during crisis situations.

The CIRT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the clinical team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered in crisis response settings, and assisting with the growth and expansion of the program.

Responsibilities/additional qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Strong clinical background, leadership skills, and the ability to support and mentor clinicians while contributing to the overall development of the program.
• Bring creative thinking to problem-solving and program development, helping to innovate and improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Public Health, or a closely related social services field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical mental health, crisis intervention, and therapy, particularly with individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Background in mental health, therapy, case management, or counseling, with experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
• Strong knowledge of mental illnesses, trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injury, dementia, and crisis de-escalation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of clinicians, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Excellent clinical assessment, case management, and crisis intervention skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, law enforcement officers, and community partners.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources, particularly those related to mental health and law enforcement collaboration.
• Familiarity and proficiency with technology, including case management software, electronic health records, and communication tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
