Join our team, which is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time CCS Mental Health/SUD Professional that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take-charge individual.

Responsibilities:


  1. Work with the CCS Administrator to maintain overall clinical oversight of the program.
  2. Perform duties as assigned for the Substance Abuse Professional needs of the CCS program.
  3. Monitor and ensure that CCS meets agency, state and federal standards including DHS 36 supervision.
  4. Work with program staff to determine consumers' need and eligibility for services through clinical feedback on Recovery Plans of Care (RPOC).
  5. Serve as the CCS team's primary Mental Health Professional, providing a clinical level assessment of the services to assist in developing and implementing comprehensive services to meet the mental health needs of the CCS consumers through working with the Care Coordinators in the field.
  6. Intervene and support staff in crisis and develop plans to address crisis as needed.
  7. Provide clinical supervision, including individual, group, and team meetings and side-by-side direct supervision of Care Coordinators per DHS 36.
  8. Provide and facilitate services as needed including care coordination in the absence of designated staff.
  9. Participate and represent SSCHC in all meetings for the CCS Program within the agency and with Milwaukee County as needed.
  10. Keep current on information about client/family needs through seminars, trainings, media, text, and research.
  11. All other duties as determined or assigned by CCS Administrator.



Qualifications:


  1. Possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology or another related field.
  2. 3,000 hours post master's degree for third party billing and possess a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin from the Department of Safety and Professional Services (LCSW or LPC).
  3. Complete Continuing Education credits as required by license.
  4. Ideal candidate will possess State of Wisconsin Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor at the SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC level.
  5. Ability to relate well to persons from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
